Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to start a return
Email us at hello@barelyskin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@barelyskin.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right straight away.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please get in touch.

EU customers — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
